This faithful recreation features a solid mahogany body with a carved maple cap and AAA flame maple veneer, delivering rich sustain and vintage Les Paul resonance. The one-piece mahogany neck with a long neck tenon is shaped to the fast-playing 1960 SlimTaper profile, paired with a bound rosewood fretboard and mother-of-pearl trapezoid inlays. Vintage-inspired appointments include the aged Epiphone logo, gold Les Paul Model silkscreen on the Gibson-style 'open book' headstock, and historically accurate side dots. Electronics stay true to the original, with dual USA Gibson Custombucker humbuckers hand-wired to CTS pots, Bumblebee paper-in-oil capacitors, and Switchcraft components. Nickel hardware, a non-beveled pickguard, and Epiphone Deluxe tuners complete the build. Finished in Vintage Gloss, this reissue delivers iconic Les Paul style with legendary tone.
