Up for sale is an Epiphone J-200. This one came to us in great shape! The electronics have been play tested and are working as they should. There may be some very light surface scratching, but it is in overall excellent condition. It has been gently stamped "used" on the back of the headstock and the serial number has been reassigned. This one does not include a case or gigbag.
The Epiphone Inspired by Gibson J-200 all solid wood Fishman Presys VT brings the grandeur of the Super Jumbo style into a modern acoustic-electric with commanding tone and visual presence. Crafted with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid figured maple back and sides with a center strip, this instrument delivers booming lows, crisp highs, and vibrant midrange that fill the room. The two-piece maple neck with a mahogany center strip features a 1960s SlimTaper D profile, matched with a laurel fingerboard, 20 medium jumbo frets, and mother-of-pearl graduated crown inlays. At a 25.55-inch scale length and 1.69-inch nut width, it offers expressive stretch and clarity whether strumming chords or picking melodies. Outfitted with Fishman Presys VT electronics and a Sonitone preamp with soundhole mounted volume and tone, this J-200 is road-ready for live performance or studio work. Hardware includes the signature J-200 moustache bridge with bone saddle, Epiphone deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons, tortoise shell pickguard, and multi-ply binding. Regal design meets powerhouse voice in this classic flat-top acoustic-electric.
