Up for sale is an Epiphone IGC 1964 SG Standard Reissue. This one came to us in great shape! The electronics have been play tested and working as they should. This one has been stamped used and serial number replaced, as well as there may be some very light surface scratching but is in overall excellent condition. This one comes with a hardshell case.
The Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom 1964 SG Standard Reissue with Maestro Vibrola celebrates one of the most sought-after SG models of all time. By 1964, the SG had shed the Les Paul name, refined its neck profile for improved stability, and introduced the dependable Maestro Vibrola, cementing its place as a rock icon. Legends like George Harrison and Eric Clapton helped make this model year famous, and this reissue captures every detail of that golden era. Crafted in partnership with Gibson Custom, it features a two-piece mahogany body with vintage-style bevels, a one-piece mahogany neck with long tenon, and a fast SlimTaper profile. The rosewood fretboard adds mother-of-pearl trapezoid inlays, while the open book headstock displays period-correct Epiphone and Gibson crown inlays. Electronics include two Gibson USA Custombucker pickups with Alnico 3 magnets, CTS pots, and Black Beauty paper-in-oil capacitors for true vintage tone. Finished in Vintage Gloss and paired with nickel hardware, including Epiphone Vintage Deluxe Double Ring tuners.
