The Wylde Audio Iron Works Barbarian is a formidable instrument engineered for high-gain aggression, tailored for heavy rock and metal performance. The foundation of its rich, powerful tone is a mahogany body paired with a unique Ironworks metal top, joined to a stable 3-piece maple neck via solid set-neck construction. The neck is carved to the commanding Zakk 'C' profile, complemented by a short, powerful 24.625" (625.5mm) scale length, optimizing string tension and attack. The premium ebony fretboard is incredibly fast, featuring a 14" (355mm) radius and 22 x-jumbo frets, and is adorned with distinctive Pearloid Rune inlays. Tonally, the guitar is armed with official active EMG 81 (bridge) and EMG 85 (neck) humbuckers, delivering high-output crunch and clarity. High-end hardware includes a paired with a TonePros T1ZS tailpiece, alongside precise Grover Rotomatic 18:1 diecast tuners, ensuring maximum resonance and rock-solid tuning stability.
