Up for your consideration is a G&L Fullerton Deluxe Doheny in Surf Green finish. The electronics have been play tested and working as they should and sound fantastic. This Doheny has a very tiny manufacturing ding/blemish on the top neck pocket as pictured. It features an Alder body with a rosewood fingerboard with G&L sealed cast tuners. It also features a Dual-Fulcrum™ vibrato and G&L MFD Jazz pickups. This will have the original Certificate of authenticity, but this guitar did not come to us with a gig bag or case.

When G&L closed its doors in October 2025, MIRC obtained the remaining inventory.  This instrument is one of the final production models to come off the G&L line in Fullerton, California.  

Inspired by the classic California surf sound, the G&L Fullerton Deluxe Doheny is the evolution of the offset-body guitar, bringing new sonic territory to the bolt-on platform. Its unique voice comes from newly developed Magnetic Field Design (MFD) jazz pickups—the first on any production G&L—which deliver a sound rich in harmonics and surprisingly full, leaning more toward jangle than twang. This flexibility is maximized by the sophisticated PTB (Passive Treble and Bass) system, which allows the player to finely control both high and low frequencies. 

The guitar is paired with Leo Fender’s finest vibrato system, the Dual-Fulcrum vibrato, which provides enhanced tuning stability and silky pitch modulation. Built with an Alder body and a Hard-Rock Maple neck with a Modern Classic profile, the Doheny offers a commanding and comfortable playing experience for the modern guitarist.
