This GL bass features an Alder body with a Rosewood fretboard and custom G&L "Ultra-Lite" tuners two G&L vintage MFD jazz pickups that deliver exceptional tone, clarity and versatility. The G&L Fullerton Deluxe JB MFD combines the classic, highly playable Jazz Bass platform with G&L's powerful Magnetic Field Design (MFD) pickups, resulting in a bass that delivers exceptional tone, clarity, and increased output. These exclusive MFD jazz pickups offer a dynamic range far beyond traditional single-coils, suitable for virtually any style or setting. This model features a swamp ash or alder body and a Hard-Rock Maple neck with a comfortable 1.5-inch Medium C profile and 9.5-inch radius, ensuring smooth and effortless performance. The innovative Saddle-Lock bridge, another Leo Fender design, anchors the strings and efficiently transfers vibration directly into the body end-grain, maximizing both resonance and clarity for a powerful, articulate low-end.
