Up for sale is a G&L Tribute series L-2500 5 string bass in black frost finish. These instruments represent the last of the production Tribute series to come off the G&L import line. These are going to be in new old stock condition. Some may need new strings, or a setup tweak but they will be in NOS condition and sealed up in their box. Case not included.

The G&L Tribute Series L-2500 is a powerful 5-string electric bass that packs all the features of Leo Fender's iconic L-2000 into a versatile extended-range instrument. The foundation of its immense tone is a pair of G&L Magnetic Field Design (MFD) humbuckers, which deliver exceptional output and clarity. This is backed by the flexible Tri-Tone control system, which features a trio of mini toggles for pickup selection, series/parallel signal routing, and active/passive operation, giving the player command over a vast range of tones from classic R&B to funk. The 34-inch scale bass features a Hard-Rock Maple neck with a medium C profile and 12-inch radius. The innovative Saddle-Lock bridge ensures rock-solid sustain by transferring string energy directly into the body end-grain.
