Up for sale is a Yamaha CPX-5 VS Compass Series acoustic-electric guitar in a beautiful Violin Sunburst finish. This 2017 model is in very nice condition, plays great, and offers the comfortable feel and balanced tone the CPX line is known for.
Featuring a medium jumbo cutaway body, this guitar has a solid spruce top with laminated nato back and sides, delivering a clear, full sound that works equally well for strumming and fingerpicking. The 42mm nut width makes it easy to play for a wide range of styles.
The onboard Yamaha electronics have been fully tested and are working exactly as they should, with convenient top-side battery access for quick changes.
This guitar did come in with a minor issue—the back edge of the bridge needed to be re-glued. The repair was professionally completed by our tech and is solid, clean, and structurally sound.
Includes a durable SKB hardshell case for excellent protection.
